Default some of my more recent work

Evening all,

Hope everyone is doing well and getting all set and ready for the Christmas holidays

Meanwhile I've been very busy still working away on many orders. I've not posted much of what I've done on here lately so thought I'd share some pics of my more recent work.

Here's a set of dials I done last week which are a bit different. I was asked to do a set of dials for a v8 in green to match the colour of the car, which is British Racing Green. Quite tough to do when I don't have a BRG car here to compare to, but after much colour testing I was able to come up with this based on how i remember BRG.

I remember BRG as being quite a dark green unless it's in direct sunlight, so I managed to create this set in dark green with white LED back lighting behind the dials and Green LED lighting for the IPK screen and bottom mileage screen.

And here's another set of custom dials I done for another v8. This time the dials are done in black and the LED lighting behind the dials was changed from blue to amber to match the rest of the interior lighting.

Here's a set of xenon quad projector headlights I done with halo rings and DRL strips. The LED DRL strips are set up as daytime running lights which turn on and off automatically with the ignition. These DRL strips also flash amber with the indicators.

When the sidelights are switched on, the DRL strips switch off and the halo rings turn on as sidelights. When the main headlights are switched on all four xenon projectors switch on in dipped beam mode

Here's a set of halogen quad projectors with white DRL halo rings I made. This set again is a set of quad projectors however this time running halogen Philips Nightbreakers rather than Xenons.

Lovely work there. The green dials look very classy and "mint".

Is it me or should it be "r/min", i.e. is there a capital "I" in there??

Rick ... absolutely awesome work you do, would love to put an order in for the sill led's, just got to sort more impending stuff first.
A while ago my son managed to buy one of those light up ford logo badges and got me to fit it to his mk1 focus, got to admit it looked really good, not OTT at all, there was nothing around like that when I was a kid, all that was available was jack up kits, candy apple paint and furry dice to bolt to my MK2 Cortina. hahaha.
Different colour dials / led kick plates / drl lamps .... I would have killed for stuff like that back in the day.

Hhahaha, I remember having the jack up kit on it's max setting on my Mk2 tina, and then bolting on a red fog light above the red painted rear axle!! what a total clown I must have looked lol.
And all it did was show the world just how rusty my car was underneath.
Customising at it's very best hahaha.
