Ghee usually as I find that extra cholesterol gives it just that bit better taste.

I've eaten a full English breakfast for as long as I can remember, I have regular blood/cholesterol and all is well, although it cant be said for some cereal's

I am not sure, as the last time I spoke with a pig one of us was very very drunk. Either way I couldn't understand a word it said!

Talking of drinking, they used to say a glass of red a day was good for you, but I guess more moderation again. I know we have to breathe in moderation too, since the air is apparently cancerous now too
