Still sore as heck after the stairs fall so I've done next to nowt again. I've got some big black & blue bruises to show for it.

The lawns could do with mowing maybe tomorrow.

Blimey Phil You ain't half been through the mill with your health.

Still no joy getting those PSA blood tests sorted I've tried three times to speak with the relevant dept today to no avail, My missus has been trying too with no luck Ringing Bolton bloods dept to arrange them they say I need a pink slip off urology so back to square one, My doc doesn't want to authorise them until I've been in touch with Bolton urology Christies just refer us back to Bolton urology too I give up.

Lincolnshire sausages new potatoes, carrots, cabbage, peas & onion gravy for tea tonight.

Good morning Ian, a private PSA blood test costs around £80, but why should you have to pay it. I have it done whilst I am abroad and that is what it costs. It’s one of the most expensive blood tests to have done.

I am not sure what the problems have been with my health, some of it has been caused by hereditary - a gift from the family and some of it from wild living, but I have led an interesting life.

If you are up to it, make an official complaint about not being able to get a PSA blood test. They hate investigating complaints! That might work in your favour.

Default The Chill Out Zone

Good morning all,

We have been staying a few days in Cape Town with a friend who lives in a house at the foot of Table Mountain. The house has lots of character and history. In the house our friend keeps 2 dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Golden Labrador who fortunately get on very well with each other. Lovely dogs with easy going temperaments.

Chumley

Rex

The evening’s are chilly so a hot fire is welcoming x

What is everyone up to?

Morning Phil I've just sent my doctor another email this morning explaining the situation as I've had enough trying to speak to someone about these blood tests & see how we go from there.
If nothing comes of this email I'll open a complaint case, I mentioned to some dept they put me through yesterday about going to the urology dept personally to sort it out but they said don't go to the urology dept as it's appointments only & not a drop-in centre

Mams electric scooter, Mam hasn't used it in over 12 months as she's no confidence in using it anymore so she said my missus might as well use it as her hip & knee are giving her big problems walking.
It needs a good 24 hour charge to get the batteries back up to where they should be, It rode alright coming back to our house though.
