Default Fuel pipe connector

Hi All,
Bit of help please.
I'm attempting to inspect/replace the KV6 thermostat housing/pipes/O-rings (depending on the cause of the leak) and am currently unclipping and removing bits to improve access for the key hole method.
How do I disconnect the fuel pipe from its connector to the fuel rail(?) just below the oil filler cap?
Thanks Michael.
