Morning all.

Clear blue sky here. Looks like it'll be a nice day .

Quizzie's in her normal routine - get up, "suggest" to her dad that he gets out of bed and gets her breakfast, go outside, come back in and go back to bed. It's a dog's life .

Off to meet up with Bertie then on to the Garden Centre. This afternoon helping niece's husband (I have no idea what that makes him, I can't be son in law. I'm open to being enlightened ) with some shelving in the garage in their new house.

Take care everyone.

Morning all, Bit of an overcast day here, Hoping it's going to stay dry after the deluges we've had in the past few days as the laundry basket overfloweth.

Very nice, but that would be a starter for us.

Afternoon all. Called in at the pharmacy for my prescription. The floor behind the counter was littered with boxes of medications (deliveries?). The whole place, looked extremely tired, as did the staff. The floor was filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks and all the staff, were new (again)! I used to deliver prescriptions from there as a part time job when I retired and I have watched it deteriorate, since. The pharmacist that was there retired and they were taken over by a large company. Every time that I go in, there are folks complaining about no medications being ready etc. So sad to see such a decline in standards, so quickly. How they are going to cope with all the additional work being passed on from doctors surgeries, I don't know!

Dark skies have disappeared & the sun has made an appearance, I've been taking some more of the last veggies from the garden/greenhouse & done me back in just bending down to pick up a squash I was going to wash the car but that's gone out the window now.

The front lawns have lots of these mushrooms, Any mushroom Connoisseurs know if they're edible?
