The number of these small bottles about must be huge, I wonder what they are worth to calor as scrap metal

This is massive. One of the biggest shocks I can think of.

Think you are getting out of your pram with this now Ian as I don't really see this as a big shock, Quite simply use a different size or change supplier

Ouch. Not sure I got out of my pram, just sharing what I heard which it seems is fact
Quite simple, yes can use a bigger cylinder, I take it you you noted my comment about nose weight for carvanners.
Yes can change supplier, I take it you noted my comment on cost of Safefill. Safefill require a safety check at 10 years and I dont think Safefill have a safty check service. Not looked at others

Simple... yes, negative implications, yes.

I hope I have not just talked myself out of help with my alternator if I need it

FWIW I have 2 cylinders in the gas locker of my caravan, 3 almost full 3.9 kg propane and 2 "half" full 4.5kg butane.
We use so little gas it could be 8 - 10 years before we run out of gas and by that time we may be giving up caravanning.

Your post#11 you said "This is massive. One of the biggest shocks I can think of."
So it beats all those on your list on post #23 then?

No, the others are in no order, they are just other massive shocks. Nowhere have I said calor beats all others. If I had or could think of one massive shock per year of life, the list would be longer.
