Warm and sunny and the brown bin is empty so more tidying in the garden today.

Afternoon all.

Bright, breezy and dry here. Rain due to come in from about 3pm - we'll see .

A bit of a tidy up sort of day. You know, all those bits and bobs that you've put somewhere safe and now can't find them so they really need to be "discovered" and put away properly.

Wish me luck - and patience .

Take care everyone.

Fair play to the Met Office.

14:55 and the rain started .

According to Accuweather radar it should stop anytime about now......

Been 5 days since mum’s funeral and I’m hearting more than missing her terribly. Although she was at a home where she was, it’s really getting me something terribly even though I has very aware that she was expecting in the death, even though I rear carried the coffin until the very end I am apart with her gone, she was a lovely mum who I loved her the best we never had any argument either.

Hi Rich, I don't often visit here but your post touched me so much. Losing parents is one of the worst things in life but remember that is the way it should be. Just think how awful it is for those parents that have to say goodbye to their children or even grandchildren. Your Mum would have been proud of you from the day you were born until the day you lost her, never forget that.
