Oh it's me, like Steven had been on the phone for over an hour trying to sort out a home insurance claim passed pillar to post - ended up cancelling the policy in the end & it's the fact they just happy to accept cancellation amazes me. Thought the financial sector needed every penny it could get - oh no we tax payers already given it to them grrrrr but smiling
