There is no respect for other peoples property and the age range of delinquents seems to range from 5 years & up boys & girls these days. Snapping wing mirrors off is a favourite around my way along with the recent Picasso using a thick black marker pen to write (I say write their education must be zero) on car bonnets etc.
Sadly I view all youth's as trouble which is undoubtedly not the case.
