Good morning all, It's wet & cloudy here, I've just discovered a pool of water in the conservatory after yesterdays & last nights deluges

I thought the roof was going to collapse with the amount of rain

Well it is summer kicking off here on the mountain with the pollen levels high. I have been walking up to the summit most days, 4 miles there and back for the therapeutic walk

Apparently the winter did not take the snakes, but so far I haven’t spotted any for photos but will be keeping my eyes peeled as I know they are around ....have a peaceful night

I see there's a lot flood warnings in place across Lancashire, I'm not surprised with the amount of rain dumped in the last 24 hours, It must be heartbreaking to lose everything again & again through flooding. Our lights flickered a few times last night so I got the flashlights & candles out from the back of the drawer.
