Default Engine Bay Clean

Well a bit of sunshine for a while so I thought I would clean a few metal bits in the engine bay

Had to give up at this point decided to start raining What do you think ?

Very nice, love the rocker cover and alternator. I will have to give this ago. After I've cleaned my messy engine bay.

I think it's really annoying when it decides to rain when you're in the middle of something!!!

Engine looking nice though.....

Default What I did with my Rover 75 Today

Today the car got blessed with a set of front brake pads, A pad wear sensor and a drop link.
I was dreading the drop link, but it went really well. The link was modified slightly as the top threaded section would have raised the coil spring some 10 to 15 mm off its landing base. So cut the end to allow fitting and it has gone really well.
The weather was great and I enjoyed taking my time and chatting with dog walkers passing by. The bonuses include a clear IPK without pads low warning, and no suspension percussion orchestra from the n/s.
Next is o/s drop link to match, and o/s track rod end.
