Default pictures of additional aux sockets

have you installed extra 12v aux sockets in the front of your car?

could you post a picture please of them installed?

Wondering about removing front cup holder and fitting one there. Perhaps I can get two in cubby hole under arm rest.

sat nav, phone and dash cam currently to be powered,

All the items get taken from car to car.

Dash cam - I used a hard wire kit on an ignition live feed from behind the dash, I can't do that on my new car so I'm going to explore using the ignition live feed in the rear view mirror to power it.

Phone charging (front) - In the last car I used a hard wire kit to add two USB behind the dash. One with a cable to my phone cradle and one to the DAB device, but the controller seemed to cause interference on the radio. I haven't found anything for my phone that works other than an adapter in the cig socket.

Phone charging (rear) - I fitted a circular twin USB in the center console under the arm rest.... Need to get one fitted in my new car

I just use one of these ,They fit perfectly in the centre cubby space just below the weird wheel thing that nobody knows how to really use, as long as you take out the rubber mat.

3 12V sockets and 2 USB sockets, I power my dashcam and my radio transmitter from it all the time, and it looks quite decent too. only problem is that you have a big wire hanging down.

It's a lot easier to implement than an additional aux socket, but and it doesn't look half bad either. And of course it's removable.

I thought of one in dummy cup holder but there seems to be lots of plastic behind it which accepts the fixing clips
I fitted one in the ZR which was a Honda switch in a blank it has a digital voltmeter on it too

Default I put two in the rear ashtray....

Two cigar lighter fitting, then dual usb sockets in them. And, of course, they had to be illuminated......
