That'll put him off his cornflakes for sure.

Cool

Morning all from sunny Cornwall.

Rain is on the cards this afternoon, apparently.

Welcome back Richard, morning all

If your still experiencing meltdowns despite cutting back on your hours, seek medical attention. There is no point in struggling on and suffering.

I was in A&E yesterday after getting a painful ear. The doc prescribed ear drops with Olive oil, as the culprit is inflammation and wax in the ear. He said I have to stop swimming and stop putting my head under water. Today it’s 29C and sunny

I’d be a fool to ignore his medical advice.

I sincerely hope you feel better soon and get back to your former cheerful self.

Best wishes
Phil

Morning Phil, I did speak to the doc and got some medication for it. I know this is just a temporary issue ,but it has obviously been building up for quite a long time without me realising it.

Thanks Richard for the feedback and for getting help. Allow the medication some time to work it’s magic against the beast. Your mates are also here, we are all rooting for you.
