Did you see the news item, reproduced below:-

A factory in Vietnam has been busted for washing and "recycling" thousands of used condoms and then selling them onto unsuspecting customers.

Police swooped on an apartment in the South of the country where they found over 300,000 unlabelled and unpackaged condoms.

The owner of the illicit facility, Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc, said she had washed and then dried the condoms before remolding them on a wooden d---o.

Afternoon (just) all.

Sorry, been a bit lapse for the last few days. Stuff to do, you know how it is.

Overcast but actually not too cold. Was chucking it down earlier on but has stopped now and is supposed to be decent except for an odd shower for the rest of the day.

Quizzie's favourite swimming spots in our local river are up about 2-3 feet. Now that's after only about one day of proper rain so I'm dreading to think what it'll be like if we get lots over a few days.

Stay safe all.

Andy.

Afternoon all, Well I just managed to get the roof glass in on the greenhouse before the rain stated again, I had to jerry rig a slide up with ladders & a old sheet polycarbonate sheet I kept as I thought it might come in handy

There are three panes glued into channels that I couldn't separate & was too long & heavy to climb up a ladder with without breaking them.

It worked a treat so really glad the hardest job is out the way. Ran out of those 'W' clips that hold the glass in now so just ordered another 100 off the bay.

Finally managed to get hold of an heating engineer to look at the boiler that has got a leak He's coming this afternoon I'm hoping it wont be a sharp intake of breath when he diagnoses it as I'm skint this month .

Cool

Afternoon, somewhat damp outside.

The lads have made a start building the new decking despite the rain they have cracked on. And low maintenance, as they only drink tea and they refused a biscuit.

Evening all, Dear me! we're back to monsoon levels of deluge again here Boy did I finish that roof off in time.
The heating engineer has been & fettled the boiler , too much water in the system due to a sticky valve & loose connection on the expansion tank, It was due a service so he serviced it too whilst he had it taken apart, Don't know how much the bill is yet as both local ATM's were out of order & we couldn't get any dosh so he's sending us a bill.

Pizza & herby potato wedges for tea tonight
