Sounds great, thanks a lot for your help. I took the cover off today and noticed a small split in "the plastic thing" next to the EGR bypass. Would that the cause of the issue? I haven't fix it yet, but I guess there shouldn't be the gap between the plastics? Or Shall still go down to the intercooler 0-ring?

Yes, thats the inlet manifold.
A leak there will be exactly the same as a burst pipe.

Actually looks like its split around the seam.

btw, what would cause the split around the seam. Is there such a great pressure? Or maybe something is blocked? Do you think its worth to investigate it further or just leave it and get a new intake?

I seem to remember needing an 11mm socket to remove it, only time in my life I have ever used one lol..

Am I right guys? It is an 11mm isn't it.
