I've been about seven times over the last couple of years and never seen it. Every time I ask they are very vague or say it's out on loan.
It is a fantastic museum, though.

A nice example of a great car, So sad what the managment team did to the Last British volume car manafacturer.
Does anyone know what the last registred Rover 75 or MGZT was. I ask as there was a 58 plate driving about Johnstone in Scotland up until last year.

What a really unique car . I wonder if someone else has a brand new in registered one .
And just by looking at the car you can tell it's hard built
IE bumper doesn't fit .
Has it clocked any miles does anyone know just a test drive maybe

Purely delivery and maintenance miles, quite sad but I’m also happy it’s being preserved. They have the last Metro built signed by all who worked on it, as well the last 800 signed (I think it’s an 800). Here’s the Metro, I’ll upload the car I’m not sure of picture next.

Certainly is. I ran 9 over the years - all 2.0GTis. They never gave any problems, were roomy and pretty quick. Also quite a unique shape compared to other mainstream firms. I did buy a rare 2.0 GSi with wood and leather to keep, but the paintwork (atlantic blue) really suffered from being outside, so I let it go eventually. Always regretted it - only had 39,000 on the clock.
