Default Best feed for LED footwell lights

Hi Everyone
just wondered where best place to pick up a feed for LED footwell lights so they come on when interior lights come ?

Purple/white wire on the front courtesy light plug. Pin 1 from memory.

what lights have you?

getting a feed from the cabin into the door via the harness I found quite hard

IIRC there is, or at least was, a ‘how-to’ on here about tapping into the front interior light, which I followed to fit mine.

Are LEDs ideal? Won’t they be a bit harsh, or dim with the interior light? Not all do, I understand.

Really good mod, though.

I should have gone to spec savers, the question was footwell lights not puddle lights. Forget I said anything about doors.

please please let me blame it on dyslexia and not my stupidity

Same applies, though, they need to be tied in with the interior lights.

(Does that help ease the pain?)

Hello and thanks i only want them come on when interior lights come on and im hoping Blue is not to harsh.
