instrument illumination
i once saw a ZTT like mine in a car park at night and the clocks were all lit blue instead of the merky greyish they currently are on mine.
does anyone know how to change the bulbs/covers or legends to make the illumination blue. Has anyone else on the forum already undertaken such a task and was it a success?? kind regards Gippa |

Sorry to disagree, but we don't have the same colour throughout.
I have silvery-grey lit dials, orange in one display section, red-orange in another, various shades of orange or red on switches etc., in fact it is one part of the car that I think looks cheap and nasty. MG/Rover obviously used whatever was left in the parts bin, or whatever was cheapest at the time. Mick |
