Default Coolant change

Looking at changing my coolant tomorrow on my CDT, is there an how to on here, had a quick look but could not find one for the CDT, In my day we just took the bottom hose off and away you went, whats the best way of draining (without a vac tool) and where is the bleed valve located,
I know about the OAT anti freeze and distilled water,
Kindest regards
Lyndon
