Good service from Rainbow Data Ltd.

Recently, I needed handsets (key fobs) for some Rover 75 vehicles - whose future looked dim.

My order for five used handsets (key fobs) arrived quickly from Rainbow Data Ltd. of York, North Yorkshire.

Unfortunately, one of the sets did not have the hexadecimal coding slip on the I/C, meaning that I was unable to calculate the two string coding for the T4.

I messaged Rainbow Data Ltd. offering to return the key set as it is useless without the coded slip.

An immediate reply from the seller advised me that it was not necessary to return the article to them, and that a replacement set was on its way to me.

That is what I consider Good Service – and worth mentioning to members.
