how do i remove cupholder

i want to remove my cupholder cigarette lighter etc section from my zt how do i do this. i want to replace it with some guages. but dont want to break the assembly incase it looks pants i put it all back again

Take the switch and ATC panel out, The complete ashtray assembly is held in by a clip on each side. Put your fingers down the inside edge and push them in.
