Winter now reminds me how much I'm now missing the heated screen I had on the ZTT I swapped for the Rover 75. Hopefully Rick might be installing at his new place by appointment in 2023 after settling in. I have a screen but haven't got around to installing it yet. It was intended for the V8, but I've sorned her for now due to having too much on!

I've to replace one on my new tourer, and I wish the deal was about now. Would have been a great thing to have.

I think the current screen, although lovely and clear, may be showing the first signs of delamination but IKBA.

Depending on what they say the projected lifespan is I'd replace with your last heated one despite having a FBH working in the ZT-T. I had this heated front windscreen in a Mondeo I had years ago and it was a joy.

I'd hope to let you know by the end of next week at the latest. You can text me on the number you last had for me if you still have it or I'll PM you but we all know that system isn't brilliant!

From memory I believe there are still 2 or 3 heated windscreens left available. If you're both interested in one I can find out for you.

I can supply the wiring kit for the heated windscreen which I make, however I no longer offer a fitting service since moving to Norfolk.

Hope your cancer Surgery went well and you make a speedy recovery John.

Unfortunately I no longer do fittings since August, as announced in my post here in April and subsequent reminder posts: https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...d.php?t=318674

Hi Rick - All good so far ref. cancer op.meeting with consultant about next steps on 14 December. If my garage says current screen short life I'll need the fitting kit; they have a full body shop and can fit. - John

PS they're dropping off the front bumper and respraying it and lots of other work while I can't drive.

If you do a fourth run, I'd be interested in having one of these.
