Polish head lights .I used an electric buffer and watered down T cut.
On eBay you can get a small hand held buffer really cheap . Mask up bumper so not to damage paint . The difference is amazing . Bright lights and transformed the front end of the car . Lovely car by the way

One of my previous Rover 75s was BU51PHJ. I think the plates on it were the original dealer plates, which said Quicks of Leamington Spa.
