Default MG ZT navi replacement

Hi guys! I'm new to this forum and I should say about me that I'm the happy owner of a left hand drive MG ZT 2.0CDTi. Unfortunately, my navigation (the 4:3 type) has a few lines of dead pixels and the issue is becoming quite annoying. Is there any way to repair those dead pixels?

Does the other type of navigation (the E46 16:9 one) fit on my car?

Thank you in advance!

Have a look in Radioguys shop, in the Spares for sale section... He provides replacement units with some nice modern touches....

Yes the BMW E46 16:9 monitor can be used, but you will also need the 16:9 tuner to get the full size picture.
