Default Kv6 cold start splutter

Have an issue with one of my 75s.
On cold startup the engine fires up but after a second of running at choke level revs it drops to a splutter , almost stalling then suddenly pulls back to normal higher choke revs.
The car is a little slugish for the first few minutes of driving then come good.
The car will tgen startup and run perfectly the rest of the day.
Been doing this for a while now but i think it getting slightly worse.
Sonthing to do with cold starts !

If you've got an auto box it might be the stepper motor. I had something similar where it would start fine, rev fine in reverse as I turned it round and then as I shifted from reverse to drive the revs would briefly drop away for the time it was in neutral. Changed the stepper and it was fine again.

Its kind of strange, only happens when stone cold.
Kicks over perfectly and the revs for the first second are right where they should be when cold then the revs just drop and and rough unless i touch the accelorator would possibly cut out.
Give it a quick stab of the pedal and revs returns to the correct choke revs!!
Im wondering if this started after i removed the intake manifold a while back.

Did a bit of a search, seems alot of kv6 owners suffer with similar issues.
One landrover owner reckons may be either o2 sensors or knock sensors causing the startup splutter.

No idea why it is called fuel injector O ring kit. it is the service kit for the assy on top the of throttle body allows extra air into the inlet manifold to enable fast idle when cold.

Got out to the car today, whilst stone cold took the map sensor out, cleaned that, took airbox off and fired some maf sensor cleaner up the throttle body, also into the idle control sensor housing.
Was a bit of oil in there and the rubber airbox pipe.
Fired the car up and no splutter on startup.
Ill wait and see how it goes next few startups but looks positive thus far.
May need to put the oil catch tank back in but it never seemed to collect anything but a bit of oily water in it !!!

Seems the cleaning of the map sensor and throttle body has done the trick.
Again, start up today perfectly, no choke hesitation or revs drop off, straight to choke revs and pulled away smoothly with power.

My throttle body is clean and I’m getting exactly the same problem at temps -10 Celsius. So it must be the map sensor the only option left. What should I do exactly? Where is located? Thanks!

It's item 9 here.
It's called the IAT/MAP sensor (intake air temperature/manifold absolute pressure).
