I agree, although I would say that as the MK2 is my old car and I currently have MK1 75
Looking good Rich, is that a stainless exhaust fitted or just tail pipes?

I think the pre facelift cars are the better lookers but i do think the facelift has a better looking rear bumper

Hard choice but the facelift ZT just wins in my eyes,i like the smoother lines of the bumper profile on this model..

Like I said I have a soft spot for the MK1 but the MK2 is growing on me.
I have to say it's also pretty obvious that the bean counters had their wicked way with the MK2. Little things here and there to shave the cost off !! |

No question about that, the midlife faclift was a good excuse to cut costs, thankfully the inherent quality in the car was able to take it; up to a point.
