CD Changer USB Emulator
hello i got a USB Emulator that replaced my cd changer but the thing is the emulator is draining my battery, it was a plug & play job except for an extra wire that needs to be connected to a power source which the emulator does not power on without, i originally hooked it up with the red/green wire on my grey connector, but now switched it over to the yellow/purple wire, is this the right place to wire it up to? i got a symphony radio without nav

The Red/Green cable in pin 1 was originally for the inpute from a mobile phone cradle (which was not fitted to production models)
The Purple/Yellow in pin 5 is a switched output - powered when the stereo is switched on. |
