I remember listening to the original programs. The music to start the program was very upbeat for the times.--

I think you are correct given the colour. It surprises me that the film makers knew even then how to avoid swear filters. These days he would be named Rick and with a nickname 'Baker'.

These days my moral compass is dizzy. The biggest problems are the total abandonment of morality and the language used to express dialogue. I wouldn't call that progress and it is the only reason I'm glad our two girls 'left home' before everything blew up.
