Cool new toy Rod, that looks a better method of testing than having someone else to stand behind to check.
Especially when it is my totally non technical wife who does the standing behind bit

I came in from the garage this morning to find they'd pulled the fireguard over & one of them was halfway up the chimney He'dd just come down before I could take a pic.

Thanks Rev I actually snowfoamed it with the pressure washer to get all the green algae off then left it to dry out over the hot bank holiday weather then applied the natural oak stain to the decking boards.

Cut up pork belly strips, cook for a few minutes in boiling water then drain. Fry for a few minutes in oil with sugar to lightly brown it then add a mix of light soy, dark soy, balsamic vinegar and Shaoxing wine (or sweet sherry). Cover and simmer gently for about an hour then take the lid off, turn the heat up and reduce the sauce. Serve with rice.

As everyone seems to be posting on the subject of food, here's what I've just scoffed

PIZZA by Rod Thrower, on Flickr

Homemade pizza, comprising a Sainsbury's pizza base, coated with a thick layer of tomato purée and then topped with extra mature cheddar cheese, hot salami slices, mushrooms, onions and peppers (of varying heat). That is a 10" plate by the way, and SWMBO insisted that I ate it ALL
(She had a half size, gluten free version)

I'm utterly stuffed now
