Hi Lee,

No, offset is something different.

For accurate wheel fitment sizing you need to know 3 main things: PCD, Bore & Offset to combine with wheel size and rim depth.

Offset refers to how far the middle of a wheel design is actually "offset" from the actual "centre line" of the wheel.
