headlamp wash pump staying permanently on
I have a problem with the headlamp wash pump on my ZT-T. The pump keeps staying on permanently and won't turn off.
The car has factory fitted headlamp washers and Battery Back-up Sounder alarm. Checked on toaf and the BBUS alarm with headlamp wash option is enabled. What could be causing this? I have to keep the headlamp wash pump fuse out to stop the pump. Cheers Rick |

Check the wiring from the pump Rick, they are prone to corrosion and breaking around the top of the washer bottle area.

Will do mate cheers. Just looking on rave, one of the relays on the passenger fuse box is for the headlamp wash, could it be a faulty relay?

Could be a stuck relay rick, swap it with one of the others and see what happens.

tried a replacement relay but didn't solve it unfortunately. Will have to check the wiring.

Try unplugging the bbus siren they can go faulty and cause some strange issues.
