Admitting defeat R75 Tourer V6 - Scotland *Tentatively sold*
I'm very sad to be selling this car so very soon after buying and it's totally not the car's fault, it's mine, I underestimated how practical the Scenic was, how easy it was and I'm struggling to load 3 kids with car seats and all the 'stuff' that goes with them into the car in a mad rush in the morning's to get to work. So I'm afraid I'm going back to a Scenic. So there. Genuine reason for sale, now on with the important stuff.
Very rare 2.0 V6 Firefrost Red Rover 75 Tourer Connoisseur, 2004. The car has done just over 60,000 miles and is sweet and smooth. There is nearly a full years MOT with only 1 advisory for a front wishbone. Will list all the things that have been done (all recently): Belts Thermostat Fresh service Fresh Coolant Fresh plugs Replacement VIS motors Replacement ECU and immobiliser Under sealed Front coolant pipe cleaned and sealed Headlamps refurbished All wiring checked and made good Bonnet release modified Plenum drains modified Handbrake modified (1 click) New rear brake pads and discs (genuine mintex) NO LEAKS and WORKING AIRCON! Bad points: The heated rear windscreen isn't working There's a 5 inch scratch on the drivers door The car is mint. All the big stuff has been done and it'll provide many more years of trouble free motoring. PhilT4 has gone over the car with a fine tooth comb and can confirm it's a good 'un. Looking for £995 no offers!, car is located in Glasgow.

Looks like a bargain for someone.
Hopefully it'll be a buyer from down South who needs a collection/delivery service. At the moment all my enquiries are for from South to North, North to South would make a change. |

Anna, sorry to hear this.

This probably speaks volumes but while I have no qualms buying a 10 year old rover, I want the peace of mind of buying a renault from a dealership!
If only the 75 came in MPV form..............

Glad to see you got to Scotland and back OK.
Sounds as if it was a trouble free journey. I am about to put the 800 Sterling on here which you saw when you picked the MGZT up. Regards Lynn Last edited by MGR South Devon; 2nd November 2014 at 10:15.. Reason: This post was in response to Alanjay |
