It's been a while since anyone posted on this thread, but I've noticed a "knock" on my car (1.8 nasp K-series) that happens when I accelerate or lift off sharply, and been advised it needs a new lower engine mount. DMGRS are currently offering these on pre-order (see attached photo), so I've sent them the cash and await its arrival in just over a week. I'll report my findings after I've fitted it.
