Default Engine light ON. Errors - P1477, P1472 , P1471 & P0302

Error codes are ;

P1477 - VARIABLE INTAKE BUTTERFLY ELECTRICAL FAULT
P1472 - VARIABLE INTAKE ALWAYS ON
P1471 - VARIABLE INTAKE ALWAYS CLOSE
P0302 - MISFIRE CYLINDER 2

Am I looking at an electrical or mechanical fault that would cause these to pop up ?
Could the VIS valves/actuators cause the misfire, or is that coincidental ?
Idle is a little lumpy now, blowing at the exhaust. Deffo got a misfire.
The error P1477 refers to an ELECTRICAL fault on the Vis - would this be inside the unit or something else that feeds signals to it ?

Thanks in advance for any help.
