Default Exhaust trim/finisher 75cdti mk1

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction please?
As it says in the title I知 after an exhaust trim to go on my back box. The two pipes out of the box angle down, so I want another angle to straighten then stick out of the back a bit.

The main reason I知 after this is because I had an aftermarket front pipe fitted, but because of a fitment issue, my guy had to cut a piece off it, making it slightly short. This has the effect of leaving nice black marks on my bumper from the exhaust gasses.

Always up for an alternative solution if you have one...
