Default mgztt 190 will not start

Hi All
Problems with car, i.e. not starting, I know she needs some maintainence including new exhaust. My wife used her yesterday and I had a phone call from her saying the car would not start and the exhaust had fallen off. The RAC towed her home and this morning I changed the cam sensor as RAC mentioned this was her problem. It will still not start and my maxiscan showed a full house of codes, PO138, PO341, PO 141, PO 445 and PO 335. My brain has gone into neutral, anybody have any idea why all these should show up! Is there some possible connection . Any help appreciated

P0138 = O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0341 = Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0141 = O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0445 = Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Shorted
P0335 = Crankshaft Position Sensor “A” Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1)

Looks like you might need a new oxygen sensor too but I'd start by checking for fuel and spark. Might be worth checking the cams and crank are in time still too.

Most of those relate to the oxygen sensors, but the interesting one is p0335 crankshaft sensor - does the rev counter needle move when the starter is engaged?

Regards

Rear lamba sensor wiring is known to chafe on the exhaust heatshield. If the wiring to that sensor has been damaged and the power shorted to ground you won't have power to the lambda sensors, camshaft or crankshaft sensor under the bonnet. Check the under bonnet fuses.

Hi All
Thank you for advice, sorry for delay in replying. Still suffering effects of
covid and have days when I really do not want to do anything, Anyway had a look at engine fuse box and you were right Dave, management 15 amp fuse had blown ,new fuse in, silencer screwed back on and we are mobile again. There is of course the worry of why it blew. Anyway thank you all and Dave my wife spent many years at Louth when her father was at Binbrook and retired there.
