Taken paracetamol, but hasn't worked.

Ibuprofen You need Rich, anti inflammatory will do a lot more than paracetamol mate. I hope it feels better soon

Morning, watch out for Somali pirates Jeff, I'm not sure if the LCOZ members could rustle up the ransom, not if its more than a fiver!

Dug another box out of the garage, Airfix 1/9 scale Norton Commando. Boss of the local motorbike shop bought it years ago, made a start, gave up and passed it on to me. Its lain untouched parceled up in a plastic bag since 1998, I know that because (for some reason) there was a magazine dated 1998 in the bag with it.
