Default Backing plate for blank next to cup holder

I'm sure there's a better name for it but

I have a fascia plate that came in the glovebox but just a hole on the drivers side next to the cigar lighter. Would anyone have or know where I can purchase the bit the fascia clips onto?

Wondere if a previous owner had a drivers side cup holder fitted?

Thanks

I meant yards or the people on here, whichever is easier to access on here is easier for me but some people have good local yards
