Easier said than done, mine are so rusted here is nothing to grip on to. How do you remove them? I'd like to replace mine too.

Only way to get them out if they are stuck is the cut the plastic clips off at the top, and then get a set of mole grips on the head of the bolt and get them out that way. A Torx screw of I think 5mm will just round off the top of the bolt,

Then buy two new plastic clips and some new 6mm x 25mm stainless bolts and refit, but make sure that you grease the bolts before putting them back on

New Plastic radiator clips can be acquired from Rimmers

Cheeky blighters Rimmers for charging so much for something that probably costs pennies, and why more than double the price for the RH over the LH one?!

Answer: Because they can and they have no competition!

Rimmer Bros charge the retail XPart price, and they don't determine that, in exactly the same way other XPart agents who supply parts.

Of course Rimmer Bros have competitors, they just happen to be one of the most prominent Xpart retailers, and other retailers exist

I couldn't get mine out either when I took the slam panel off mine at the weekend to get at the air condenser, but I was lucky that I could pull the brackets over the rubbers on the radiator.

If I grease up the rubbers I might be able to push them back over, with the slam panel off though I might be able to drill them out and re-tap. A 5mm drill bit down the centre is the correct tapping drill size for M6.

I'm going to run a tap down the rest of the threads on the slam panel and front end before I put it all back together as some of them were a bit rusty.
