Window/Door Parts needed for 2003 Rover75 Tourer CDTi

Hi - my Front Passenger Window failed to return to the closed position this morning, which was particularly unhelpful as it was raining hard at the time!

Following a visit to my very helpful local Garage, it has been confirmed that a new Regulator is required, plus a cable for the front passenger door (from inner handle to door catch), as this was in poor condition and removing the door card accelerated it's demise :-(

If anyone has either/both of the items in good working order, then I am in the market for them please!

The window motor is functioning normally at present, so not looking to replace this...
