So far I have not heard of anyone fitting a TRW slave cylinder to a diesel? I have been trawling the ether for clutch master and slave cylinders. I have found on Sachs site, that they are also part of TRW and Lemforder group. Looked into their on line catalogue and found that TRW do a clutch/ slave cylinder for the diesel 75/ZT. Not going to shout to loud but my clutch cylinder has done 108,000 miles so far, but I have bleed it a few times and filled up with new fluid. Fingers crossed it will continue working. If mine does go, I will be trying the TRW slave cylinder. Unless anyone has any experience of this one that is detrimental .

If I have a long post I now open up this forum twice.
Then before I post I COPY my post. If when I upload it the post blanks I go to the second forum I've opened and paste my post there. I then COPY it again.-- This way I can go backwards and forwards without ever losing my original post. I have, however, never needed to do it twice.--- It's quick and works for me.-- |

I would have thought the V8's would have a very different system John, and as far as I know the one offered to the rest of the range is just the same.

According to their catalogue, the slave cylinder is the same for the diesel as the 2.5 V6. The number of the part is PJQ 133. That is for the TRW..

I would imagine that the lump in the V8 requires a different slave also Dave. They also do not supply trackrod ends any longer.

'Undo' shortcut
If you accidentally delete your typing before you submit it, don't use the browser's back arrow. Use CTRL Z instead and it should undo your mistake.
