I think there will be less 75/ZTs in the north East now, Brian thank you for everything you have done for me and for the club, enjoy your life with the family.
The time had to come one day. Keep in touch though. I still owe you that sofa and carpet clean.

If Brian is moving on, as he has suggested, then Brian I hope you have a fantastic 75/ZT retirement. Very well earned.

It's not surprising Rich, our cars are old nowadays and need constant maintenance.

Factor in the time to repair them especially if you have more than one, then constantly repairing other 75's and ZT's that arrive leaves no time at all to do family things that others take for granted.

(My gold diesel was off the road for 3.5 years before I got around to fettling it!!) I can sympathise with Brian 110% and he does way more than me (When daylight fades, Brian will then start fettling the ECU's for X part and the other electrical jobs that need doing) I personally know that Bri sits up until the wee small hours doing these jobs.

I know Bri's straight talking can upset a lot of folk on here but believe me, once these skills disappear, members will either end up paying over the odds for a service that wont be as good, or the cars will end up being scrapped.

Default Brian

Well, I can't believe it.

It was on my Bucket List to at some point in my life to meet the legend that is Marina Brian.

It now looks like I will have to cross it off

There are not many people I admire but Brian is one of them.

agh no wonder I did not see anything. It is a real shame and a massive loss to not only the forum but to individuals as well.

I wish Brian all the very best and thank you for all of your advice.
