Default How much did my car cost new?

Hi folks

Someone asked me today what my 75 cost new, and I realised I didn't actually know.

It's a 2.0 V6 Club SE manual on an 02 plate.
Speckle velor seats
Came with harmony radio casette
16 inch union alloys
Folding rear seat

Does anyone know what it sold for new?

Cheers
Chris

Hi Mate,

I beleive that Model when released was £21530 for 2002 52 reg & £19580 on 2002 02 Reg. Quite a difference in 6 Months. Hope this helps. All Models dropped by up to £1000 in 2003.

Cheers
John

Lucky you!
In Denmark there is 180% registration tax and 25% VAT on all automobiles.
A Rover 45 1.8 sold at £22,500, a Rover 25 1.4 sold at £ 17,000 and my Rover 75 2.0 CDTi Conn. SE was priced at £62,000 (not what I ended up paying though).

That is incredible Spook. Are average earnings higher in Denmark than other parts of Europe?

If any one is interested I do have the full UK Price Listings for all Years/Models, it will take me some time to type it all up, (On all the different Brochures so can't scan them) but if the interest is there....

Default Prices

As JohnDotCom says. The on the road price for a 2.0 V6 Club Se at
the start of the 02 Reg was £19580 your Folding rear seat was an
extra £175 the other items were included in the price..
At the end of the 02 Reg. the O.T.R. price had risen to £19715 plus the
extra £175 for the Folding rear seat..
A discount of approx. £2000 was not difficult to get at this time..
Phil.. Your 75 would have cost.£19715 plus £325 for multichanger
plus £450 fo metallic paint..

I'd definitely be interested in this - would make for a good piece of reference material for the forums.

Cheers
