Not that much further north, you’ll pass Gävle on the way up to Söråker, good place for a break, cafe and two petrol stations (not 24hrs) on either side of the main North / South highway. I’ll PM you my contact details, never know could be handy. I’m also a member of the Rover Club of Sweden, and know a lot of people along your proposed route.

Ps Sweden is as good as cashless, can't remember last time I had notes in my wallet. Some places don't accept cash, especially banks! Credit cards are used for everything, shopping, parking meters, buying a cup of coffee, lots now using NFC terminals.
