Mine is a preface lift. According to Chris though it has a facelift wiring loom on it

Also has the facelift TV in the headlining

Yes Andy seems to have answered the question, as they were closing down, towards the end they used what they had, so a fare few 2003 onwards cars had the full loom added for the facelift cars, which would be the reason why your parking aid is white as opposed to black.

I would presume your car would also have the facelift fuse box with the small fuses.

I am not surprised at all they fitted the later loom although would have figured there would be alot less

And yes it does have the later fusebox with the micro fuses
