Leaky gaskets !!---

Unfortunately LOCKTITE would have to be a large NO-NO in your case.--

I had to visit Kwikfit on Saturday to get a puncture repaired on my daughters' Peugeot . I was amazed that the fitter first checked the door post label for the tyre pressure then tightened the wheel nuts with a torque wrench
I told him I would be nominating him for fitter-of -the-year
( He also had rubber gloves ………..)

I bought 2 Conti sport 5`s online for my Golf (225/40/18) from Formula1. Received an email and went to get them fitted.
Casually speaking to the manager I asked was he busy which he replied "yes because our company decided to give everything away online!"...
So basically I bought online and he doesnt get any commission. Once the job was done I asked the fitter for a receipt to which he replied " You should get it on line mate".
Got them for £187.00 fitted but I was made to feel very unwelcome.
