Default Coolant leak, hose required.

After about 8 weeks of intermittent coolant leaks that showed as coolant dribbling off the bottom off the gearbox, I was losing patience. Despite many attempts to see where water was coming out, both on ramps and from above i got nowhere. I was wondering if was something more sinister than a hose or jubilee clip.
Today after a short trip this morning I saw it was gently trickling out of the pipe under the charge air intake off the intercooler.

It is the hose that runs from the tee piece underneath air pipe to the lower side of EGR cooler. I don't have the fuel burning heater.

I think I've tracked the part down in Rimmers below:

Though am I right in thinking that this part will replaces all the hoses on the tee?
