Thank you kindly for your reply My apologies its a 2003 tourer with the under bonnet pump .
I have actually changed the fuel when I fitted the new no 4 injector.
Little confused has to what your saying Do a leak back test again and just turn the key to no 2 position no cranking and watch the tubes fill up .
That's all they did after the injector was changed whilst cranking only half the tubes filled up Arctic.

I think I should put its old original pump back in its cage and back in the tank Has there's nothing wrong with it .

Hi Mark.
What i said was if you have an under bonnet fuel pump, which we now know that you do even though your profile says you have a 2004, but lets not get distracted by that.

Remove the fuel hose going into the fuel filter top from the under bonnet pump.
1

2

Now put this into a bottle or container, get some one to hold it, then turn ignition to II do not try and start the car, is there a good flow of fuel which is not spluttering, if so we know the UBP is working ok.

The plenums are dry now but have they ever been flooded do you know.

Once you have checked the fuel from the UBP and reinserted the hose back, try then unplugging the three pin electrical plug from the low pressure sensor on top of the fuel filter.
3

Try starting the car.

Also make sure the UBP plug has clean pins, maybe spray with some contact cleaner.

You say you have fitted HPFP O-rings to the regulator yes.
4

5

You also say the in tank pump fine ? you can hear it running yes.

If all the above have be done or checked then it could be the ECU.

Does anyone close have T4 or toaf to do some diagnostic test on the car for you.

Thank you once again Arctic, I have put it's original in tank pump back in . And it's still the same trying to start it's runs for a few seconds then stops Every click on the key it's trying to start .
Yes I did change the hp regulator seals And yes I do have a 2004 Connesuer Se saloon model aswel running perfectly.
I did swap the cam shaft sensor and the fuel rail pressure regulator on to it and it runs perfectly just to test them .
I will do has you say in the morning with the under bonnet pump might end up putting it's original back LOL.
I have 3 more injectors to play with artic and a solenoid Bought the injector tester pulser and had that shipped with the injectors.
And unfortunately here in Cyprus no one has T4 or Toaf they don't even know what it is .So flow test in the morning and report back .
