Evening all, knocked this up for tea tonight. I can’t seem to get the hang of cooking small portions, more for the freezer I reckon!

I’ll be paying my respects today.

Overcast, and rain is forecast today but that won’t stop me. It’s 3 years today that my big brother, David, passed away.
