Evening everyone.

Another quiet day in. All the washing is up to date, and aired out on the line. Made a chilli con carne. Booked my boiler service. Ordered some Xmas presents for a few friends. Wrote out my Xmas cards. Finally got my lap top to “talk” to the printer.

No Henry or malt for a few days, need a rest from the falling down water. Especially as I was sober when I fell over last week.

Evening all, I've been clearing out the last lot of bell pepper plants from the greenhouse, I got lots of peppers off them but they were on the small....ish side, Chopped up & bagged in the freezer.

Chicken Kiev with baked spud for tea

& now swilling some Henry's catching up with some youtube vids.

Yum, I noticed today we have a few tins of kidney beans in the cupboard, A Chilli con carne is deffo on the cards.

Morning all, Nowt good about it weather wise, Dark dank & raining here.

On the ball this morning! Ham shank already about to go into the oven to make a big batch of soup with pot herbs & extra onion/swede/carrot.

I remember my Nan making something like this, split peas,carrots and Ham Hock,served with Suet dumplings
